PRORECK offers a one-year limited warranty on our products against defects in materials and workmanship under standard usage, starting from the date of purchase. An additional year of warranty can be obtained if you buy for an extension (all terms here apply to the initial year of warranty). Note: for consumable items (e.g., ink cartridges), the warranty expires once the consumable part is used up.
During the initial warranty period, if a defect occurs and you follow our return instructions, we may (at our discretion) either:
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished item.
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- Refund the original purchase price.
If you have extended the warranty, you can purchase accessories for the product without shipping fees. However, there is no guarantee that any replacement will be identical to the original product due to technological changes or availability.
Warranty Scope and Limitations
This warranty covers only hardware components not subjected to misuse, neglect, fire, damage, alteration, or commercial use. The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover any subsequent purchasers.
The warranty period for replacement parts or repairs will be the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer. Any returned parts or products that are refunded or replaced become our property.
This warranty is the official PRORECK warranty, covering all PRORECK products sold across platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TEMU, TikTok, and SHEIN. However, for orders not originating from this website, customer service will forward your claim to the PRORECK team responsible for handling inquiries for the relevant platform.

To receive service under this warranty, please contact us. Customer service will verify your eligibility. If eligible, instructions for returning the product will be provided, and we will cover shipping costs for any replacements or repairs.
Additional Limitations
This warranty replaces all other warranties and remedies, to the extent allowed by law. We (PRORECK) specifically disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If we cannot lawfully disclaim these warranties, they are limited to the duration of this warranty and are subject to repair or replacement services only.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, which may vary depending on local laws and do not affect additional rights you may have under such laws.
