Friendly Return Policies

Before returning items, contact us by phone 478-410-8192 or email at brand@proreck.com for a return authorization and return label.

You can send back any item bought from PRORECK's website within 90 days for a refund, replacement, or exchange. We'll provide a pre-paid shipping FEDEX label. Then you can return your purchase in the same condition you received it for a hassle-free refund.

Free ground shipping, but no refund for expedited shipping if you paid for overnight or 2nd day shipping.

In addition to the 90 day money back guarantee return policy, there is also a warranty period for each item where we will repair the item at no charge.

Please note items with physical damage un-related to shipping are not covered under warranty.

You must notify us within 48 hours if you receive an item that was damaged during shipping.

Although Our goal is customer satisfaction. You must return the item in its original box with all the accessories that came with the product due to FEDEX’S request.

NOTE: For PRORECK speakers/subwoofers like SP-218X, PR-212T, PR-212TS. If you return them without any issues, we will charge a 10% restocking fee, as they are too large and heavy with more cost.

 

How do I make a return?

1. Sign into your PRORECK account.

 

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return, fill up the reason, then submit./ You can also email at brand@proreck.com to get your return labels.

 

3. Print the return label and tape it on the outside your return box.

 

4. Call the FEDEX to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest FEDEX site.

 

NOTE: If you are paying for the return shipping, you can choose any shipping method you want and pay for it yourself. Just make sure to send it back within 90 days of the purchase date.

*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US.

 

Refund Policies

1. Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item, postmarked within 90 days after the purchase date, has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.

2. For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Unfortunately, because of transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

3. The original shipping fee, if it is not our fault, is non-refundable.

*The refund policies work only in products warranty, which is one year warranty from the purchase date.

OUT-OF-STOCK (BACK-ORDER) ITEMS

If PRORECK no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, PRORECK will issue you a refund. Or we will resend you the replacement when we have stock.

QUANTITY PURCHASES

While PRORECK is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies.
