At Proreck, we want customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We give lots of information about our products, like pictures, videos, and reviews, to help customers make better choices. If however a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process in 90 days.
What happens to products once customers return them?
Will those returned items be sold as the new produce?
Companies check returned items to ensure they meet standards, label them as "new," and sell them again.

For all the items returning from our clients, the Proreck audio doesn’t make the second sale.We have a dedicated warehouse for accepting return products. We offer a 90-day no-questions-asked return policy. In this way, Proreck company rents a new warehouse in GA to accept those returned proreck speakers. Including those reasons not related to function issues:
- Buy the wrong item.
- The item arrives too late.
- Not need any more.
- Not in expectation.
Besides, At our company, we uphold a strict commitment to quality and integrity. When products are returned by our customers, we do not engage in secondary sales. Instead, we follow a dedicated process in which returned items are either locally processed at a reduced cost, responsibly disposed of, or sent back to the factory for thorough assessment and product optimization. This approach underscores our unwavering dedication to ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of excellence.
